Our Corner House Apartment is of the Edwardian era with wooden sash windows and high ceilings. It has a modern yet homely interior with plenty of space to enjoy a comfortable stay. We provide 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both are spacious and tastefully decorated. Each bedroom contains bedside tables, wardrobes, bedside lamps, drawers, and a full length mirror. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided.

The living room contains 2 large sofas, a living flame gas fire, solid wood furniture, a floor lamp, T.V, DVD player, and selection of DVDs, books and games. It is roomy, cosy with a dining area to seat 4 people.

The bathroom is next to the double bedroom and contains a curved showerbath with a glass screen, a basin, toilet, extractor fan, mirror and shelf. Towels are provided with a selection of toiletries.

The kitchen contains a selection of floor and wall units, electrical appliances, a combination boiler and a breakfast bar to seat 2 people. You will find everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of table and serve ware. The kitchen leads onto a small decked balcony which provides access to the apartment via an external steel staircase. The property has gas central heating throughout and radiators in each room.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is located on the first floor and the interior has a few steps. Also please be aware that the apartment does not have a private parking space. The surrounding area is a 'Resident Permit Parking Zone' and guests will be issued with a permit on arrival. This allows free on-street parking in the vicinity, however it does not guarantee a space directly outside of the accommodation.

The accommodation has a no smoking policy and unfortunately as the apartment has no garden we cannot accept pets.
